This project entailed the demolition of an existing patient care unit, removal of hazardous materials, and construction of 21 new patient rooms with bathrooms, showers, med room, labs, waiting areas, staff rooms, work rooms, doctor’s offices and a new rehab gym. From project design to final inspection, our general construction team ensures your project is handled with care.

The plan required us to incorporate new foundations and structural members to remove load-bearing walls. To make the gym possible, Krospeson Construction Group, Inc also managed the creation of a new space to relocate the hospital’s medical records.
