We were selected to construct one of the premier developments in Bridgeport CT for the developer Bridgeport Landing Development (BLD). We are your go-to general construction provider for both residential and commercial needs. This project scope started as a building core & shell project using the latest construction techniques to withstand the elements of a waterfront environment. As the project developed, we were engaged to fit out the building spaces, from personal corporate offices to state-of-the-art lobbies. The new marina phase was completed by the owner. We were asked to provide a comfort station under a design build format as a separate phased project.
